EOFS and OpenSFS are organizing the fourth European Lustre Workshop, called Lustre Administrators and Developers Workshop. It will take place in Reims, at Domaine Pommery during 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of September, 2014. This will be a great opportunity for Lustre™ worldwide administrators and developers to gather and exchange their experiences, developments, tools, good practices and more.

This will be a two days event, starting from Monday, September 22nd, 2014 in the morning, to Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014 in the afternoon.

Hotels / Shuttle bus

Click on the left map to get an overview of LAD’14 location vs. Reims Downtown. We suggest you to take an hotel in downtown like the following ones (but not only): Hotel de la Paix, Mercure Reims Centre, Campanile Reims Centre…

Expect a 30 minute walk from downtown to the workshop location. Or you can take one free shuttle that will be provided for LAD participants in the morning from downtown Reims Train station to Domaine Pommery.

Warning: There are two train stations in Reims:

Reims Centre Train Station / Gare de Reims Centre (shown in map) Champagne-Ardenne TGV Train Station (8 km from Reims, you have to take the TER train, a taxi or a bus to downtown Reims) If you want, you can take shuttle buses that will come pickup LAD’14 participants at “Cour de la Gare” at the Reims Train station (downtown):

Social Event

On Monday evening, a guided visit of Pommery Champagne cellars will be organized followed by a social dinner.

A limited number of spouses can attend this event. Please use the dedicated checkbox during registration (availabilities for spouses are on a first-come, first-served basis).

Special shuttle service will be freely available to get you back downtown Reims after the dinner. Most of the hotels are located there.
